Australia Day at the Milawa Hall

Come and join in for free Australia Day celebrations including Australia Day address and refreshments. All are welcome.

Please bring a plate to share, and BYO (bring your own) drinks, with tea and coffee provided. Soft drinks and water will be available to purchase.

The Rural City of Wangaratta’s Australia Day Awards acknowledge the local heroes who go above and beyond to make our community a better place.

The celebrations will include a Citizenship Ceremony, where they welcome their newest Australians and the presentation of Australia Day Awards.

These awards celebrate Citizen of the Year, Young Citizen of the Year, and Event/Project of the Year.
